All submitted papers to ICAEEBCI 2027 will undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Accepted papers that are presented at the conference and meet the prescribed quality and formatting requirements will be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to meeting IEEE quality and publication requirements.

Important Note on IEEE Indexing:

Final publication in IEEE Xplore and subsequent indexing are subject to the conference receiving the required IEEE approvals and compliance with IEEE publication policies. Acceptance of a paper does not guarantee publication until all final publication requirements are satisfied.

1. Manuscript Submission

Authors submit full original papers prepared according to the prescribed IEEE conference format before 13 August 2027.

2. Technical Screening & Plagiarism Check

All submitted papers may be checked for plagiarism and similarity before the final decision (CrossCheck / Turnitin).

3. Rigorous Peer Review Process

All submitted papers to ICAEEBCI 2027 will undergo a rigorous peer-review process based on originality, quality, and clarity.

4. Acceptance & Camera-Ready Paper

Authors revise manuscripts strictly in the prescribed template and submit the executed IEEE Copyright form.

5. Author Registration & Presentation

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the required registration and present the paper at the conference.

6. IEEE Xplore Submission

Accepted and presented papers meeting IEEE quality and publication requirements will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
