Conference Registration Fees & Payment Workflow
Registration for ICAEEBCI 2027 will be open to authors, researchers, academicians, industry professionals, students, and other participants. At least one author of every accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference.

These registration fees are proposed for planning and website content and can be finalized after considering IEEE publication requirements, conference expenses, sponsorship, and approval from the organizing committee.

Important Notes
- One registration is mandatory for each accepted paper.
- IEEE members must provide a valid IEEE membership number to claim the member registration fee.
- Students registering under the student category must provide a valid student ID card.
- A registered author is expected to present the accepted paper during the conference.
- Papers that are not presented may be excluded from the final conference proceedings and submission for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to the applicable IEEE conference policies.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Any applicable GST or other taxes may be charged as per prevailing Government of India regulations.

Authors are requested to submit the IEEE E-Copyright (Paper ID given in Acceptance Letter) and email required details and attachments to the Secretariat.

Documents to be Attached
The following documents must be attached to your registration confirmation email:
- Camera Ready Paper: Strictly in IEEE template (in Microsoft Office Word file).
- IEEE Copyright Form: Fully executed IEEE E-Copyright document.
- Payment Proof: Scanned copy / receipt of registration fee paid via internet banking / UPI.
- Filled Registration Form: Official conference registration document.
- Plagiarism Report: CrossCheck / Turnitin similarity report (if available).
Invoice Request Protocol
Invoice will be provided on-site at the conference for paid registration. However, if authors need an invoice before the payment, please email the details below to icaeebci@ksrce.ac.in with subject: "Invoice request - Paper ID". The PDF copy of the invoice will be sent to the corresponding author.

Registration Confirmation Notice
A confirmation email will be sent once you complete your registration. That email can be kept as proof of the payment received. However, the physical receipt for the payment will be provided during the conference on request at the registration desk.
Bank Charges & Net Receipt Terms
All bank charges are to be borne by the participants. The final receipt will only declare the net amount to be received by ICAEEBCI 2027 (excluding all bank charges). Registrants will need to pay the balance (in cash on-site) if the final amount received is less than the invoice amount.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

| 30 days or more before the conference | Full refund after deducting an administrative processing fee of ₹3,000 (or USD 50 for international participants). |
| 15 to 30 days before the conference | 50% refund of the paid registration fee. |
| Within 15 days of the conference / Non-attendance | No refund will be provided under any circumstances. |
| Author registration of accepted papers | Generally non-refundable after the final paper has been included in the conference program/proceedings. |
| Conference cancellation or postponement by organizing committee | In case the conference is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, the applicable refund or registration-transfer policy will be communicated to all registered participants. |
