Author Instructions, Review Criteria & Manuscript Submission
Authors are invited to submit full-length original research papers through the official conference submission system. Submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process based on originality, technical quality, relevance, significance, and clarity.
Key Submission Milestones
Please strictly adhere to all deadlines to ensure adequate peer review duration.
Manuscript Formatting Guidelines
Papers should be prepared according to the prescribed IEEE conference format. IEEE strongly encourages authors to use the official conference manuscript templates, which support consistent formatting and reduce metadata errors in conference publications.
- Length: Standard full-length paper limit is 6 pages (including references, figures, tables).
- File Type: Submissions must be uploaded as single compliant PDF files with embedded fonts.
- Originality: Papers must be original and should not have been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
- References: Use IEEE numbered citation style: [1], [2], [3] in square brackets.
Originality, Plagiarism & Ethics
ICAEEBCI – 2027 strictly adheres to the IEEE Code of Ethics and publication integrity principles. Papers must represent original research not published or under review elsewhere.
- Similarity Screening: All submissions will be screened using CrossCheck / Turnitin plagiarism detection software.
- Acceptance Threshold: Overall similarity index must be strictly below 15% (excluding bibliography).
- Dual Submission: Simultaneous submission to other conferences or journals is grounds for immediate desk rejection.
- Author Attribution: All authors who contributed significantly to the research must be properly acknowledged.
Peer Review Criteria & Evaluation Process
Each submitted manuscript will undergo independent review by at least two expert members of the Technical Programme Committee based on 5 core benchmarks.
Technical Originality & Novelty
Innovative algorithms, novel mathematical models, unique experimental hardware, or fresh architectural paradigms that meaningfully advance state-of-the-art.
Methodological Rigor & Validation
Sound experimental frameworks, rigorous simulation data, proper statistical significance testing, or benchmark comparisons against established standards.
Relevance to Conference Tracks
Clear thematic alignment with one of the 4 conference tracks: Electrical Engineering, ECE, Biomedical Engineering, or Computational Intelligence.
Significance of Research Impact
Practical applicability, industry relevance, sustainability benefits, or transformative theoretical contributions.
Clarity of Organization & English
Logical structure, clear abstract and problem statement, high-resolution figures, legible mathematical notations, and concise academic English.
Pre-Submission Author Readiness Checklist
Ensure your paper meets all IEEE formatting and ethical requirements prior to portal submission.
IEEE Double-Column Format
Manuscript uses the standard IEEE 2-column conference template (US Letter, font sizes, margins).
Page Length Limit (Max 6 Pages)
Full paper does not exceed 6 pages including all diagrams, mathematical formulas, and references.
Author Metadata & Affiliations
Names, institutional affiliations, country, and valid professional email addresses are specified.
Originality & Plagiarism Screening
Paper represents original, unpublished work with similarity score under 15% via CrossCheck/Turnitin.
Standard IEEE Citation Style
References are numbered consecutively in square brackets [1], [2] matching IEEE reference manual.
Presentation & Registration Commitment
At least one author commits to register and present the paper during conference dates (18-19 Nov 2027).
